Supply records

Supplies are recorded to a depth of individual items. Employee and empty-value warehouse supply records. Depending on user-defined settings, lists can be made on the screen or for the printer broken down by unit, type of good, category, main group or subgroup. It is also possible to monitor stagnating supplies by date.

Inventory

Records an inventory form on all articles in supply, without quantitative data, just the characteristics of the article. The inventories quantities can be entered on this form, creating a basic certificate of inventory records. If the amount stored in the supply pool does not match the amount entered in the inventory records, the discrepancy is recorded by the system as encumbrance/approval. In the future the inventoried supply will by the starting supply for the unit.

Raw material turnover statistics

Evaluation of raw material turnover is on a monthly basis. The bar graph shows movement by category or article for the given period. The statistics can be displayed on the screen or printed out. The various list settings can be given when making the list (e.g., various movements by period, unit, partner, or employee). Lists can also be made of empty-value warehouse supplies.

Materials bookkeeping

With Flexys bookkeeping, material expenditures records are automatically entered in the main books, according to parameters defined by the user.
