With the subsystem for calculating bonuses and discounts installed into the billing system, even the most complicated bills are a matter of seconds. The program has excellent support for billing in a foreign language.

Lists can be made of past or anticipated turnover, charges and bills, guest movement, room conditions, or a number of other matters depending on the specific needs of the user. The contents, display format and other parameters of the list can be customized across broad limits, such that a single list function is capable of preparing any number of customized lists. After composing a customized list for the hotel, the results can be recorded so that the list can be reproduced at any time – even automatically at the night closure.

Daily closure is completely automatic, including prior inspections through which the workers at the reception desk can take care of problems arising without interrupting the process of closure.
