The reception screens are continuously viewable and provide the reception desk workers an immediate picture of the arriving, residing and leaving guests, and of the building’s actual capacity. Receiving orders, charging to guest accounts, printing bills, finding guests, and other frequent functions where time is critical can be done simply and quickly with the press of a few buttons. The system supports both individual and group reservations, including room assignments and arrivals and departures, with many automatic functions built in. Verifications can be printed out automatically, in any number of languages.

The status of automatic charges to a guest bill can be called up with a single button. Billing is an autonomic system installed with a large number of options, enabling billing by cash, credit card, or charg account. With the subsystem for calculating bonuses and discounts installed into the billing system, even the most complicated bills are a matter of seconds. The program has excellent support for billing in a foreign language.

Lists can be made of past or anticipated turnover, charges and bills, guest movement, room conditions, or a number of other matters depending on the specific needs of the user. The contents, display format and other parameters of the list can be customized across broad limits, such that a single list function is capable of preparing any number of customized lists. After composing a customized list for the hotel, the results can be recorded so that the list can be reproduced at any time – even automatically at the night closure.

Daily closure is completely automatic, including prior inspections through which the workers at the reception desk can take care of problems arising without interrupting the process of closure. After closure the lists that can be compiled and printed are unlimited in number and format, completely conforming to user needs.

With the statistics option the program can prepare Central Statistical Office lists, or other displays for post-analysis.

The program can be linked and interfaced directly to other systems (telephone interface, main books system, events records, sales and correspondence system, etc. )
