Club members may be divided into statistical or priority (VIP) groups, and differentiated accordingly in terms of membership fees, credit limits and discounts. Such discounts may be determined as figures or percentages for different types of consumption (food, drinks or services) – to equal or different extents according to type of consumption or service.

The System is suitable for the management of club member groups. It facilitates charging their consumptions by member or group to the club account so that the same can be later invoiced for any period – even through bank transfer – as one-off payments.

A club member may have a magnetic, proximity or chip card clearly identifying its bearer. For effecting payment at the reception desk or at the restaurant it is enough to swipe this magnetic card, and the system at once grants the respective discount automatically, and/or facilitates transferring the charge to the club account – if the club member has this option and it is also allowed by his/her credit limit.

The club card can also be used for entering various service rooms, for entering or exiting the car park or the garage.

The club card may be:

• an employee card
• a credit ( paying) card or
• a credit ( paying) discount card

The consumption data of the club members may be interrogated for any period in different depths of detail, itemized or aggregated.
